Here is a very easy raw apple cinnamon porridge recipe that is much more nutritious than the standard porridge or oatmeal!
This recipe is a whole foods recipe - no extracted or processed oils, fats, sweeteners and salt-free.
My son Louis loves this raw porridge recipe so much that he prepares several times a week in the morning by himself.
Walnuts can be substituted with any other types of raw nuts, but I use the raw walnuts because they are soft and high in Essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids, which is especially important for raw and vegan/vegetarian kids and their brain development.
